Artistry Coffee Ltd dba Artistry Coffee House is seeking a full-time food service supervisor.
Position: Food service supervisor
Number of Positions: 1
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Educational and Experience Requirements:
Completion of Secondary school is required
AND
Either:
– Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline or
– several years of experience in food preparation or service
Language Requirements: English
Start date: ASAP
Wage: $20.00/hour
Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Benefits: 4% remuneration vacation pay, Tip
Job Duties:
– Engage in daily operations of the cafe
– Establish work schedules and procedures
– Supervise and coordinate the activities of counter attendants and helpers
– Monitor and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
– Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
– Ensure all care areas are clean and tidy
– Address customers’ complains or concerns, and solve problems when needed
