Description
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of cooks and other kitchen helpers.
Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities of franchise restaurant.
Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards.
Maintain equipment and supplies. Arrange equipment purchases and repairs.
Prepare pizza dough, sauce, toppings and other supplies.
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Estimate food requirements and estimate
food and labour costs.
Train cooks in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
