Position: Food Service Supervisor (Full-time)

Wage: $20/hour
Working Hours: 30-40 hours a week
Working Address: 1233 Lynn Valley Road Suite 125, North Vancouver, BC V7J 0A1 Canada
Job Duties:
-Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepareand portion food
-Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safetyprocedures
-Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
-Ensure food service and quality control
-Address customers' complaints or concerns
-Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
-Prepare and submit reports
-Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinarygenres
-Supervise and check assembly of trays
-Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
-Establish work schedule
Job Requirements:
-Secondary school graduation is required.
-Over 2 years of supervised experience in the food industry is required.
