Description
We are looking for well experienced Food Service Supervisors for a well-known restaurant MY ROTI PLACE / MY DOSA PLACE located at 3334 Yonge Street Toronto, ON M4N 2M4 Canada.

JOB DUTIES:

Ensure cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product quality and speed of service during shift.

Overall event supervision, including the staff members such as servers during the shift.

Responsible for operating a smooth service by ensuring fresh food is served in a timely order to guests.

Oversee maintenance and upkeep of kitchen and dining areas.

Make a schedule for the servers based on events.

Ensure the quantity and quality of food being served or delivered.

Assist manager in recruitment and training of new staff.

Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to.

Resolve customer complaints or concerns and ensure excellent customer service
Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary School or equivalent experience
Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food industry
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 17.00 to $ 20.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay,
