Description
Ramen Danbo brings traditional Fukuoka style Kyusyu Hakata Tonkotsu ramen to Japanese food fans in Vancouver. The aroma of our signature Tonkotsu broth is unmistakable – a simple but truly delicious umami, always made daily in-house.
We’re expanding our business and want you to be a part of it. Currently we are looking for a permanent and full time qualified Food Service Supervisor to join us.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and monitor weekly work schedule for staffs
- Monitor inventory and records of foods, supplies
- Ensure that food safety regulations and sanitation standard are followed
- Train and oversee staffs in job duties to ensure high level of service is provided
- Handle all customer service issues including resolving customers complaints
Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School is required
- Minimum two years of customer service experience, preferred in food industry
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Communication skills and work well as part of a team work
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking skills
Wage/Working Hours
- Wage: $20.00 /hour
- Hour: 35hrs/week
- Term: Permanent and Full time position
- Benefit: Extended Medical Group Insurance
