Description

We are looking for well experienced Food Service Supervisors for The Food Dudes Inc. located at 24 Carlaw Ave Toronto, ON M4M 2R7, Canada, as well as at various other locations in the region.

JOB DUTIES:

 

  • Ensure cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product quality and speed of service

  • Overall supervision of the event, including the staff members such as servers during the shift.

  • Responsible for operating a smooth service by making sure fresh food is being served in a timely order to guests.

  • Oversee maintenance and upkeep of kitchen and dining areas.

  • Make a schedule for the servers based on events.

  • Ensure the quantity and quality of food being served or delivered.

  • Assist manager in recruitment and training of new staff.

  • Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to.

  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns and ensure excellent customer service.

 

Prerequisites:

 

Education: Secondary School or equivalent experience

Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the food industry 

Language: English


 

Hourly Rate: $ 17.20 to $ 22 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

 

Starting Date: As soon as possible

 

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
