Description
We are looking for well experienced Food Service Supervisors for a well-known restaurant “Upstreet BBQ Brewhouse” located at 612 Windmill Road, Dartmouth, NS B3B 1B5, Canada.

JOB DUTIES:
- Overall supervision of the restaurant floor including the staff members during the shift.
- Supervision of the delivery orders and take-out options.
- Responsible for smooth food service and timely execution of customer orders.
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of kitchen and food collection areas.
- Make a schedule of staff based on customer rush.
- Ensure the quantity and quality of food being served or delivered.
- Assist manager in recruitment and training of new staff.
- Ensure hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product quality and speed of service during shifts.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns and ensure excellent customer service.
Prerequisites:
Education: High School or equivalent
Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 14.10 to $ 17 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay,
