Tenton Ramen and Tonkatsu in West Vancouver, BC is looking for a Food Service Supervisor to work with our team.

Title: Food Service Supervisor

Opening: 1 position (Permanent, Full-time)

Salary: CAD 16.00 per hour, At least 30 hours per week

Benefit: 4% of gross pay or 10 days of paid vacation

Location: 1731 Marine Drive, West Vancouver, British Columbia V7V 1J5

Requirements:

Completion of secondary school education is required.
Post-secondary education in hospitality or related field, or several years of related work experience is required.

Main Duties:

Train and supervise other food service staff
Manage food inventory and order ingredients
Coordinate work schedule and activities of food service staff
Control food service quality to meet the standards
Determine ingredients and labour costs of menus
Maintain the safety and cleanliness of kitchen and dining area to ensure sanitary standards are met
Deal with customers complaints and enquiries about overall food service
