Job Duties:
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food as per company standards
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required weekly
Prepare food orders for customers with allergies
Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage as well as cash outs and balancing
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures as well as transfer skills to new employees
Ensure that food and service meet corporate standards for consistency
Assist with food preparation and packing to help out to ensure orders are met in a timely fashion
Deal with customer issues to resolve issues that arise
Job Requirements:
3 years restaurant experience or 1 year restaurant supervisor experience
