V3A 3Y5 is looking for a Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020) to be a part of their team at the earliest.

Job Duties:

Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food

Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation

Establish work schedules and procedures
-
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures

May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures.
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- or equivalent experience
