Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; Estimate; ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation; Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards; Address customers' complaints or concerns; Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food; Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods; Supervise kitchen staff and helpers; Order supplies and equipment;
Supervision: 5-10 people
Experience and specialization: Cuisine specialties; Caribbean and Latin American cuisine
