Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• Establish work schedules

Requirements:

• Must be a team player with an exceptional work ethic and attention to detail
• Must have proven problem solving ability
• Must be friendly, outgoing and organizes
• One-year management experience supervising food service staff preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years progressively responsible Food Service experience, required
• Certificate in food and beverage or its equivalent
