Job Details:
Various worksites in Greater Vancouver area, BC
Permanent, full-time positions, 35 hr/wk
Hourly wage of $28.00
Employment Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
- At least several months of related installing, repairing or servicing experience
- Good command of English
Main duties:
- Interpret blueprints and work orders to plan installations;
- Measure and mark guidelines for precise installation;
- Select appropriate glass, frames, and materials as needed;
- Secure panes within frames securely;
- Use hand and power tools to install, repair, or replace prefabricated glass, mirrors, or related products;
- Perform repairs on windows, glass doors and other glass structures;
- Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment.
