H&R Framing located at 12381 91A Ave Surrey, BC V3V 6K4 is looking for Framer-Carpenter to join their team at the earliest.

Job type: Permanent full time
Salary: $34.62/hour
Job Duties: –
• Examine and comprehend blueprints, drawings, and sketches to ascertain specifications and compute necessities.
• Use measurement instruments to create plans that adhere to construction codes.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and link materials consisting of lightweight steel, wood replacements, and other materials.
• Lay subflooring, install floor beams, build foundations, and erect wall and roof systems.
• Install and fit trim pieces, such as hardware, moldings, doors, and stairs
• Upkeep, restoration, and preservation of homes and wooden buildings in mines, mills, hospitals, factories, and other establishments
• Oversee trainees and additional construction employees.
• May create cost projections for customers.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience is required in related field.
