Education – College Diploma/CEGEP

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years

On-site- Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Job Responsibilities –

Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments.

•    Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve performance.

•    Requisition materials and supplies.

•    Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.

•    Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.

•    Dispatch and monitor routes to ensure schedules are met and to resolve operating problems.

•    Prepare work reports and budgets and monitor expenditures.

•    Prepares employee time reports, payroll records and performance evaluations.

•    Directs, coordinates and reviews the work of Fleet services and activities.

•    Prepares reports that detail fleet inventory, maintenance, costs, performance and efficiencies.

•    Oversees and participates in maintaining records and related documentation of a comprehensive records management system.
