Night Clerks
Sicamous Super “8” Motel located on 1120 Riverside Ave, Sicamous, BC V0E 2V0 is looking for 2 Night Clerks. We are committed to providing 24 hr. front desk service as part of our commitment to make our guests visit as pleasant and comfortable as possible. These are year-round, full – time position.
The right candidate will provide the following services: processing reservations, handle check-ins, and check-outs. Answering incoming phone calls. Process payment for departing guests by cash, debit or credit. Book reservations based on availability. Process requests for wake-up calls and messages. Activate room keys using electronic machines. Report accidents, injuries or any other situation to management. Document any maintenance need or guests’ complaints and submit reports to management. Perform any additional duties related to the night clerk position.
Qualifications: We are looking for a High School Graduate with a passion for customer service. Must possess computer skills. Must be available to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and night shifts. Possess excellent communication skills. Previous experience in similar positions is considered an asset.
We are offering $16.00/hr. 40 hours/week
