11 seasonal full-time positions at minimum wage $16.50 per hour, starting March 30,2026 to Nov 30,2026. Work location is at 1831 Pereau Road in Blomidon, just 10 mins outside of Canning, Nova Scotia. Hours will vary, from 30-50 hours weekly, depending on weather conditions. Position of General Farm Labourer will consist of planting and harvesting various vegetables in fields, maintaining condition of crops in fields, such as weeding and hoeing, and warehouse work (preparing product for market orders). No education is required and no experience is necessary, but definitely an asset. Willing to train. Position is physically demanding, in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work in various weather conditions and stand for long periods of time. Must be a team player and get along woth others to contribute to a positive workplace.
