Description
– Perform soil preparation, plant, fertilize, cultivate, irrigate and harvest crops.
– Perform quality checks by examining produce and prepare for the market.
– Engage in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops.
– Farm workers may also assist in the operation and maintanance of farm machinery and equipment.
– Inform farmers and farm managers of crop progress.
– Perform other general farm related duties.
