Our Transportation division employs skilled team members with experience in the transportation field, and a working knowledge of local governing regulations.
We are looking to hire 5 General Labourers – Material Handlers, responsible to handle, move, load and unload materials by hand and using a variety of material handling equipment, at our transportation and storage facility in Woodbridge Ontario.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment such as forklifts and hand pumps.;
- Move various materials and products onto and off transport trucks and large trailers.;
- Perform other material handling activities such as counting, weighing, sorting, packing and unpacking.;
- Operate winches and other loading devices to load and unload materials onto and off transport trucks, cube vans, and loading docks of our warehouse and storage facilities.;
- Operate small equipment to transport materials to and from transportation vehicles and loading docks such as hand pumps and portable winches.;
- Perform other activities, such as opening containers and crates, filling warehouse orders, assisting in taking inventory and weighing and checking materials.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment such as forklifts and hand pumps.;
- Physical strength is required for manual material handlers who work with heavy materials;
- Must be well organized and punctual;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
