Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $29.00~$32.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 504-11850 Oceola Road, Lake Country, BC V4V 2T5

Job Duties:

• Establish service types to be offered and implement operational procedures in place
• Plan, organize, manage, and assess the restaurant’s activities and operations
• Hire staff and oversee staff performance
• Organize and manage inventory
• Establish and oversee work schedules to maximize staff performance
• Handle customer complaints and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Negotiate terms with suppliers for necessary supplies

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
