Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $30.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 620-22709 Lougheed Highway, Maple Ridge, BC V2X 2V5

Job Duties:

• Determine the services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Plan, coordinate, manage, and evaluate the daily activities and overall operations of the restaurant
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Recruit and hire staff, manage onboarding, and oversee ongoing training
• Supervise team performance and manage staff work schedules
• Address and resolve customer complaints
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Monitor and control inventory levels, and coordinate restocking when necessary
• Balance daily cash, complete balance sheets, and prepare cash reports and related financial documentation

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
