Hiroshi Japanese Ramen-Richmond is looking for full-time, permanent Assistant Cook

You will be responsible for the following:

Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service.
Weigh and measure ingredients for cooking.
Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces and garnishes).
Cook individual dishes and foods as instructed by the head cook.
Make sure to keep the ingredients fresh and inform head cook in advance of likely shortages.
Make sure all storage areas are tidy and all products are stored appropriately.
Train and teach cooking skills.
Clean kitchen before and after shift.

Education: Completion of secondary school.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in commercial cooking required.

Language of work: English.

Wage: Your hourly wage will be $16.75

Benefits: 4 % vacation pay.
