Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff
- Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
- Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints
- Maintain the visual standards and image of the store
- Participate in hiring and training a new sales staff
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 1 ~ 2 years of related experience is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
