HERMONT TIRE INC. is seeking a F/T Retail Sales Supervisor
Position Info:
- Position: Retail Sales Supervisor
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $30.00~$32.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: Unit 103-1525 Broadway Street, Port Coquitlam, BC V3C 6P6
Benefits:

Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers
- Assign staff to duties and create work schedules
- Authorize payments and product returns
- Address any potential problems, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Maintain specified inventory and place merchandise orders
- Create reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Hire and train or arrange training of new staff and monitor performance
- Ensure the store’s visual standards are maintained
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised
Job requirements:
- Experience: 1~2 years of retail sales experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
