Job Duties:

·         Prepares meals tailored to both clients’ dietary needs, considering their health conditions (e.g., low-sugar or low-salt diets).

·         Assists clients with exercises they want to do.

·         Runs errands (e.g., grocery shopping), takes out the garbage, and does light housekeeping, including like washing dishes and making beds.

·         Accompanies clients for walks or to doctor’s appointments.

·         Reminds clients to take their medications on time.

·         Provides companionship and emotional support during illness, recovery, or family disruption.

·         Helps with routine health tasks like checking blood pressure and sugar levels.

Skills requirements:

•        Completion of High School.

•        Completion of 6 Months Caregiver Training Program or 1-year full time paid experience in related field is desirable.
