Description
Travelodge Drumheller, located in Drumheller, Alberta is hiring Housekeeping Supervisor.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Supervise all housekeeping staff. Establish work schedules and procedures.
- Accepting responsibility for the direction, control, or planning of all Housekeeping tasks/functions, cleaning, etc. Including disciplinary action if/when required.
- Do daily quality assurance tours of the building appropriately identifies problems and arranges for correction. Keep records of all problems, the date of follow up and the date of correction, informing the head manager of any problem.
- Hire and train housekeeping personnel in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Perform duties of housekeeper if required.
You need to meet the following qualifications:
Completion of secondary school is required.
7 months to 1 year of experience in the field required.
Language of work: English.
Your hourly wage will be $28.00~36.00. 4 % vacation pay is provided.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
