Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
- May assist in planning menus, food portion, and estimate costs based on food requirements
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Monitor and record inventory levels for food, supplies, and equipment
- Ensure the kitchen is tidy and sanitize work areas
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new kitchen staff for preparation and cooking
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
