Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $33.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 42-2755 Lougheed Hwy, Port Coquitlam, BC V3B 5Y9

Job Duties:

• Direct and oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain efficiency and service quality
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses, making adjustments to support profitability
• Manage supplier contracts and procurement of food, beverages, and supplies
• Establish service standards and implement operational guidelines for consistency
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff as well as manage schedules and reviewing performance
• Address customer concerns promptly and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate group bookings, community events, and promotional activities within the restaurant

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
