Job Description:
Maple Leaf Indian Cuisine Ltd is looking for two full-time permanent Indian tandoori Cooks to join their team.
Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook all tandoori menu items currently listed or may come to existence for example, Chicken Tandoori, Lamb Seekh kabab, Malai Chicken Tikka, etc.
• Slice and prepare raw food ingredients for future use.
• Ensure the Quality of food before it get served to the guests.
• Train and may help staff in preparation, cooking and handling food.
• Take proper care of clay oven and upraise management if any repair or upgrade is needed.
• Supervise helper and another kitchen staff as required.
Employment requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is must
• 2-3 Years of experience in the related field
• Must specialize in preparing all types of Indian Tandoori Dishes
