Salary: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour (To be negotiated)

Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week (To be determined)

Job duties:

– Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems supporting digital marketing, property listing platforms, and branding tools.

– Provide technical support for the company’s video production, photography, and digital marketing workflows.

– Manage website updates, integrations, and IDX (Internet Data Exchange) systems for real estate clients.

– Configure and support software tools used in 3D virtual tours, drone footage, and CAD-based floor plans.

– Monitor and optimize IT infrastructure for efficient delivery of marketing materials.

– Ensure cybersecurity measures are implemented to protect client and company data.

– Provide training and documentation for staff on IT tools and platforms.

– Analyze and resolve issues with the ONIKON ordering app and other digital services.

– Coordinate with external vendors to maintain and upgrade IT hardware and software.

– Assist in deploying cloud-based systems for collaborative branding and design projects.

Qualifications:

-Completion of college program in computer science, computer programming or network administration is usually required.

– 2 + years of previous experience in a related field, are preferred.
