Job Duties:
- Measuring dough for pies, snacks, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for bread, cookies, and frostings according to recipes
- Prepare mixed dough and batters for cookies, and decorate sweets and baked goods
- Drawing up production schedules and order list
- Ensuring that the quality of products meets established standards for the next shifts
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure products are baked in a clean area
- Operating machinery
- Organizing and maintaining inventory
- May train baking staff in the preparation, baking, and handling of goods
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial baking experience are required.
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
