Description
Job Duties:
- Monitoring animal health,
- Feed and tend animals,
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment,
- Clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens,
- Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock and poultry,
- Write daily basic progress reports,
- Set and monitor water lines, air flow and temperature in barns, pens and chicken coops
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Physically demanding, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling
Work Site Environment:
Odours, outdoors, Various locations, Wet/damp, Odours, Hot, Cold
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience- No formal education required or experience required.
Language- Basic (No) English is acceptable
Wage: $12.00/hour for 32 hours per week
