 Ian Food Inc.dba Yanaki Sushi is seeking F/T Restaurant Manager

Position: Restaurant Manager

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $25.00 ~ $28.00/hr (depending on experience)

Working Hour: 30 – 40 hrs/week

Benefits:

• 4% Vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Oversee food preparation, portion sizes, and the overall presentation of food
• Organize and direct worker training programs, resolve personnel problems, hire new staff, and evaluate employee performance
• Schedule staff hours and assign duties
• Greet guests, escort them to their seats, and present them with menus
• Plan menus and food utilization, based on anticipated number of guests, nutritional value, palatability, popularity, and costs.
• Address complaints regarding food quality or service

Experience requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.

Educational Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school

Language Requirements:

• English
