As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a talented and experienced IT Integration Manager to join our dynamic team.
We are seeking an IT Integration Manager who will play a crucial role in streamlining and optimizing our IT systems and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the integration of various software applications and systems, ensuring a seamless and efficient flow of data and information within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive IT integration strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration requirements and priorities.
- Oversee the design and implementation of integration solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives.
- Manage API and middleware platforms to facilitate data exchange between different applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor integration performance, security, and scalability.
- Stay updated on emerging integration technologies and best practices.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of integration specialists.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in IT integration and project management.
- Strong knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, and middleware solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- CISCO and Project management certification is a plus.
