JH Japanese Cuisine LTD dba Haru Sushi is looking for F/T Food Service Supervisor.
Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $14.65 – $18.00/hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Benefits:
· 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
· Keeps records, such as amount and cost of foods served and hours worked by employees.
· Prepares work schedules and evaluates work performance of employees
· Assigns and coordinates work of employees to promote efficiency of operations.
· Supervise the activities of staffs and train workers in performance of duties
· Inspects serving areas and foods to ensure qualities are met.
· Involve in the recruitment of food service worker when required
· Resolve customers; complaints or concerns
Educational Requirements:
· Secondary school
Experience Requirements:
· 2~ 3 years work experience in food preparation or service are required
Language Requirements:
· English
