- Position: Baker
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $19.00 ~ $22.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30 ~ 40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:
- Prepare dough for pies, bread rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cakes, icings, and frostings, following standardized recipes or customized orders
- Bake mixed doughs and batters
- Frost and decorate cakes and other baked goods
- Manage the quality of products to meet established standards
- May hire and train baking staff
- Determine the type and quantity of goods and coordinate production schedules
- Operate baking machinery and maintain the condition of the machinery
- Inspect kitchen and baking areas according to safety protocols
- Organize and maintain inventory
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial baking experience is required.
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Language: English
