Job description:

 

The Food Services Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant, ensuring a first-class customer experience. Key duties include:

• Supervision of daily operations, including food preparation, cooking and presentation.
• Management of kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Control inventory and place orders as required.
• Training and mentoring kitchen staff to ensure high productivity and quality.
• Working with management to develop and update menus, taking into account seasonal trends and ingredients.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and internal policies.
•  Handling customer complaints and requests in an efficient and professional manner.
• Planning work schedules and optimizing staffing levels.
• Regular staff performance appraisals and constructive feedback.
• Promoting a positive and collaborative working environment.

 

Profile required:

 

• Proven experience in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
