Description
Position: Restaurant Manager
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $20.00 – $24.00 /hour (Depending on Experience)
Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Benefits:
- 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Plan, organize and control the overall operations of the restaurant
- Determine adequate service types and set up an implication of the operational procedures
- Hire staff and supervise staff training
- Establish work schedules and oversee staff performance
- Monitor revenues and modify operational procedures and prices
- Resolve customer complaints and monitor health and safety conducts are ensued accordingly
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for cost of supplies
Educational Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary school is required.
Experience Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
