Consort AG Foods in Alberta is looking for a competent Retail Store Supervisor.
Position Available: 1
Hourly Wage: C$17.00/ hour
Work Hours: 30~35 hours / week (full-time and permanent)
Vacation: 4% of gross salary or 10 paid vacation per year
Work Location: 4919 50th St., Consort, Alberta
Language of Work: English
Job Duties:
● Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers and shelf stockers
● Assign cashiers and shelf stockers to duties and prepare work schedules
● Authorize the return of merchandise
● Sell merchandise to customers
● Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, etc.
● Maintain inventory and order merchandise
● Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
● Train or arrange for the training of cashiers and stockers
Requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of previous retail sales experience is required.
Language: English skills
