Kitchen Helper

• Preparing meal ingredients for the cook(s), including washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients. 
• Unloading food supplies. 
• Storing ingredients and food items and supplies at appropriate locations according to food safety standards. 
• Properly washing and drying all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards. 
• Removing garbage, replacing garbage bags, and washing garbage cans. 
• Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required. 
• Packing take-out orders as needed. 
• Assisting kitchen staff with other duties as deemed necessary.
