Job duties:

·         Take customer orders accurately and ensure they are prepared according to specifications.

·         Assist in preparing food, including cleaning, peeling, slicing, and trimming food items.

·         Use kitchen equipment like ovens, grills, and fryers to cook food items.

·         Assemble and package food, ensuring they are properly portioned and wrapped

·         Help in preparing hot beverages and other drinks.

·         Serve customers at the counter, taking their orders and providing a friendly and efficient service.

·         Maintain the inventory of ingredients, restocking refrigerators, and salad bars as needed.

·         Support the cleanliness of the kitchen by washing dishes, cleaning work areas, and disposing of trash.

·         Sweep and mop floors and perform other duties to assist cook and kitchen staff.
