Job Duties:
Supervise and Monitor Staff performance
Estimate supplies requirements and order accordingly
Prepare food order summaries
Establish work schedules and procedures
Organize and maintain inventory
Train the staff
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Recruit staff
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Job Requirements:
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
