Position Info:

• Position: Cook
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $20.00~$23.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  3
• Work Location: #102 – 2945 Jacklin Road, Victoria, BC V9B 5E3

Benefits:

• 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Keep sanitized kitchen and work areas
• Keep track of food, supplies, and equipment by managing inventory and maintaining records
• Place an order for supplies and equipment
• Provide training to employees on food preparation, cooking techniques, and proper handling practices
• Efficiently and skillfully create and cook entire meals or individual dishes and foods
• Oversee and manage the kitchen staff and assistants

Job Requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
