Kitchen Story is seeking a F/T Restaurant Manager.

Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $33.00-$37.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 102-2945 Jacklin Road, Victoria, BC V9B 5E3

Job Duties:

• Address customer’s complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Ensure health and safety regulations are met
• Manage food and supplies inventory
• Monitor and review staff work performance
• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, and supplies
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and supplies
• Hire and train new staff
• Manage staff shift schedules
• Plan and manage daily operations of the restaurant

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector is required.
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
• Language: English
