Position: Kitchen Supervisor (1 position)

Work Location: 825 – 300 Taylor Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON L0S 1J0

Salary: $18 per hour for 30 hours per week

Start date: As soon as possible

Terms: Permanent employment, Full-time

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Responsibilities
Tasks

Establish methods to meet work schedules
Requisition food and kitchen supplies
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres
Supervise and check assembly of trays
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
