Position Info:
- Position: Cook
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $17.62~$18.00/hour (depending on Experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 4
- Work Location: 1128 Robson Street, Vancouver, BC V6E 1B2
Benefits:
- 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% of vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Prepare an extensive variety of foods utilizing standardized recipes.
- Always maintain the food prep area and kitchen cleaned and sanitized.
- Maintain accurate food inventories and order kitchen supplies when needed.
- Oversee kitchen operations and supervise kitchen helpers.
- Ensure staff is thoroughly trained on each menu item.
- May assist in hiring and recruitment of new staff.
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
