Kosoo Korean Chicken & BBQ is looking for F/T Food Service Supervisor
Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $14.65 – $18/hour (depending on experience)
Working hours: 30 – 40 hours/week
Benefits:
- 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% of vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Assign and coordinate work of employees to promote efficiency of operations
- Resolve customers’ complaints or concerns
- Supervise the activities of staffs and train workers in performance of duties
- Involve in the recruitment of food service worker when required
- Keep the records of stock, sales, and work hours of employees
- Establish work schedules and evaluate work performance of employees
- Check the food and service are met the quality control standards
Educational Requirements:
- Secondary school
Job requirements:
- 2~ 3 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
Language Requirement:
- English
