Lammy Security is seeking Security Guard Supervisor.
Position: Security Guard Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $21.65-$24.00/hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week
Benefits: 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Set up work schedules and procedures
- Recruit and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, company policies, and machinery
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers
- Play a pro-active role in mentoring and training employees and provide regular feedback
- Maintain files, records, and other related information accurately
- Assist with employee performance appraisal programs
- Manage all security operations on site
- Monitor security work and interactions with customers on occasion
Job requirements/abilities:
- 1~2 years of relevant experience
- Comfortable working alone or with a diverse team
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license is an asset
Educational Requirements: Completion of secondary school
Language Requirements: English
