JSR Landscaping is a growing landscaping company in the residential and commercial sectors. JSR Landscaping is focused on quality offerings and client satisfaction, resulting in repeat clients throughout the GTA.

JSR Landscaping works steadily with clients to ensure they receive exceptional attention to detail and professionalism.

JSR Landscaping is currently looking for 5 Landscape Labourers to join their team based out of Oshawa Ontario.  Their Landscape Labourers are responsible to assist in the construction of landscapes and related structures, and to maintain lawns, gardens, and other landscaped areas.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIEs

·      Visit clients, assess the health of lawns, and apply fertilizer, pesticides and other lawn care products;

·      Spread top soil, lay sod, plant flowers, grass, shrubs and trees and perform other duties to assist with the construction of a landscape structures;

·      Maintain lawns and grass along roadsides;

·      Cut grass, rake, aerate, dethatch, fertilize and water lawns, weed gardens, prune shrubs and trees;

·      Spray and dust trees, shrubs, lawns and gardens, as directed, to control insects and disease;

·      Operate and maintain power mowers, tractors, chain saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, pruning saws, snowblowers and other landscape maintenance equipment;

·      Perform other manual duties to clean and maintain landscaped environments;

·      Participate in company safety training.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

·      1 to 2 years of experience in a professional landscaping environment is preferred.

·      Ability to interact with people effectively and in a professional manner;

·      Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
