We are seeking a talented and dedicated Landscaper to join our team and contribute to the creation of breathtaking outdoor spaces.

Are you passionate about transforming outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes? Do you have a green thumb and an eye for design? Baguio Torogi Landscape is looking for a Landscaper to help us bring our clients' outdoor dreams to life. As a Landscaper, you will be responsible for a wide range of landscaping duties, from designing and planning to planting and maintaining outdoor areas. This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic team, unleash your creativity, and make a positive impact on the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
• Design and plan outdoor spaces, incorporating various elements like plants, hardscapes, and water features.
• Prepare and maintain garden beds, ensuring they are healthy and visually appealing.
• Select and plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other greenery, considering their specific needs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as mowing, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing.
• Install and maintain irrigation systems.
• Build and install hardscape elements like pathways, patios, and retaining walls.
• Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment.
• Keep up-to-date with landscaping trends, materials, and sustainable practices.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of plants, landscaping techniques, and horticulture.
• Ability to use landscaping tools and equipment effectively and safely.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Driver's license preferred but not required.
